  1. What can I use the In&Out Card for?
    You can use the In&Out Card for purchasing products from the In&Out Convenience Stores or fuel and lubricants at the select BPCL RO’s. Is loading mandatory for In&Out Card? No, loading of the In&Out Card is not mandatory for the purchases at the In&Out Convenience Store. In&Out Convenience Store gives you the benefit of earning Petromiles even on cash & credit card purchases

  3. How do I load my In&Out Card?
    For purchases of products like fuel and lubricants etc. at the forecourt, you will have to load your In&Out Card with a minimum of Rs. 500 and multiples of Rs. 100 thereof. Give the attendant your card and the money you wish to load. The attendant will insert the card into the reader and enter the amount. Do remember, if you want to use the card to purchase fuel, you have to load your card with a minimum of Rs. 500 and multiples of Rs. 100 thereof.

  4. How do I change my PIN?
    Initially your In&Out Card is set to a default PIN ‘0000’. Before making the first purchase with the In&Out Card, ask the attendant to help you change the PIN to another 4 digit number of your choice. As a precaution do not write your PIN anywhere or share it with anyone.

  5. How long is my In&Out membership valid?
    Your In&Out membership is valid for 3 years after enrolment. However, on expiry of the Membership and / or expiry of the Petromiles, the member shall be given the benefit of 3 months from the date of expiry of the Petromiles during which he or she can redeem these Petromiles. BPCL has the discretion to alter the validity period of the In&Out Card at any time.

  6. What are Petromiles?
    Every time you use your In&Out Card to make purchases at the In&Out Convenience Store or your pre-loaded In&Out Card to purchase products like fuel, lubricants at the forecourt, you earn reward points known as Petromiles which can be exchanged for value vouchers at the In&Out Convenience Store or for quick / cherished rewards from the PetroBonus rewards catalogue.

  7. How do I exchange my Petromiles for my choice of rewards?
    A rewards catalogue detailing rewards on offer will be available on the website from which you can identify the reward you wish to take home. If the reward you desire to redeem is:
    In&Out voucher: You can redeem Petromiles for vouchers in denominations of Rs 50 at the In&Out Convenience Store itself. Quick Reward: You can redeem Petromiles for this reward at select PetroBonus outlets.
    Cherished Reward: You can redeem Petromiles for a reward from the catalogue and it will be couriered to you within 4 - 6 weeks from the date of redemption

  8. What should I do if my card is lost or misplaced?
    Please report the loss immediately at our Helpline Number 1800-22-2725 ( Toll Free ) or on 022- 4042 2725 and get your card hotlisted. Visit your nearest In&Out Convenience Store or PetroBonus outlet and fill the complaint form and submit it with
    Rs.50 as a replacement fee. You will receive your new In&Out Card with the previous balance (if any) loaded onto it , within 21 working days
